With a highly educated and trained workforce, access to product development resources with a global reach, and a booming business climate, you will find what you need in Durham County and the Research Triangle Region.

In 2016, grants and loans totaling $7,478,637 were awarded to North Carolina companies (NC Biotechnology Center). Statewide growth means the counties and cities can flourish and expand, and this has happened in Durham County for the last few years. According to Jones Lang Lasalle, “Raleigh-Durham rounded out 2017 with nearly 3.7 million square feet of leasing activity. Healthcare, life sciences, and technology accounted for more than 330,000 square feet of signed leases in the fourth quarter, and more than 65.0 percent of total leasing activity for the year.” These trends are expected to continue.

For the past decade, major companies have moved to call this region home, and we have seen some key industries begin to take shape.
